About Activity-Based Costing
Activity-Based Costing (ABC) is a methodology for more precisely allocating overhead to products and services based on actual resource consumption.
Unlike traditional costing that uses volume-based allocation, ABC identifies the activities that drive costs and assigns them accordingly.
